Summary:
Member of the Planning, Design and Construction team at Children's Medical Center. Serves as main contact for all project controls related processes. Main responsibilities include the proactive maintenance of the department's project management software (Projecto) and the reconciliation of project data with the health system's financial system Infor.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively maintain the project management software Projecto and ensure project information reconciles with the health system financial system of record, Lawson.
• Process new requisitions for both PO's and Service Agreements in accordance with prescribed workflow processes through both Projecto and Lawson.
• Ensure accurate and prompt payment of vendor invoices, by working with Project Managers, Vendors, Accounts Payable and routing invoices in accordance with current signature authority approval matrix.
• Ensure all required documentation is attached in the project management software Projecto. Includes quotes, invoices, change orders, contracts, etc.
• Maintain accurate and current vendor information in Projecto.
• As required, assist Leadership with duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years job related experience in Accounting and Data Entry Required
• Knowledge of Infor system Preferred
• MS Office Products (Word, Excel) Required
EDUCATION
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training beyond high school Required
• Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Preferred
