Detailed Job Description: Role: Senior Usability Analyst (UX Researcher) Location: REMOTE Type: 6-12 months Contract Details: As a Senior Usability Analyst , you’ll be responsible for leading design research across a range of projects and platforms, advocating for our users’ needs at every step of the product development cycle. You’ll be an integral part of the Product Design & Research Team, working with other UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Analytics, Creative, Marketing, Market Research & Consumer Insights, and other business partners to define Strategies and improve experiences across web, apps (iOS and Android), stores (associate & customer facing in-store digital experiences), and other touchpoints (emerging technology). Responsibilities · Support the product design team in an iterative, user centered design process · Analyze data from qualitative studies including usability tests, interviews, participatory · design, and heuristic evaluations · Lead research responsibilities on projects across a domain of work · Conduct foundational research to help inform product and design strategy · Be a thought partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams in idea generation & exploration · Lead the design, execution, and coordination of high-impact research studies (generative, evaluative, in person, remote, moderated, unmoderated, and beyond) · Translate research findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations · Partner with Market Research and Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to create a 360 view of user data to inform design · Help maintain a well-organized and easily accessible database of past research documentation · Demonstrate our client values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
