Senior Program Manager – Project Management

Job Description: • Oversee the successful orchestration and delivery of a complex portfolio of Grid Automation projects • Coordinate with Project Managers in charge of the execution of each individual project • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects • Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Benefits: • medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage • access to Health Coach from GE Vernova, a 24/7 nurse-based resource • access to the Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services • GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan, a tax-advantaged 401(k) savings opportunity with company matching contributions and company retirement contributions • access to Fidelity resources and financial planning consultants • tuition assistance • adoption assistance • paid parental leave • disability benefits • life insurance • 12 paid holidays • permissive time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
