Oracle ERP Finance Lead (EBS & Fusion) - Full Time

Job Title: Oracle ERP Finance Lead (EBS & Fusion) Location: US Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview As the Oracle ERP Finance Lead, you will bridge the gap between legacy EBS systems and modern Fusion Cloud environments. You will be a hands-on lead, responsible for designing end-to-end solutions for complex global business requirements. Key Responsibilities       •     Solution Architecture: Lead the functional design and architecture of Oracle Finance solutions across both EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud.       •     Hands-on Configuration: Perform functional setup and configuration in Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management, Revenue Management) and EBS Financials. Understanding of how Tax works using Vertex, Zip2Tax is good to have.       •     Revenue & Subscriptions: Design and implement processes in Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) to ensure ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance.       •     Month-end Process: Solid understanding of how month-end process works in organizations and providing timely solution to ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, year-end support.       •     EPM Integration: Collaborate with finance teams to align ERP data with Oracle EPM (Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation) for streamlined reporting.       •     Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary advisor to the Customer/CFO office, translating business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.       •     Hybrid Landscape Management: Manage data migration, coexistence strategies, and integrations between on-premise EBS and Cloud modules.       •     Accounting Excellence: Deep experience working in various accounting standards like GAAP and IFRS.       •     Digital/AI Transformation: Assist on working on tools/accelerators for EBS and Fusion landscape. Working knowledge on enabling AI Agents in Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.       •     Sales / Pre-Sales Cycle: Must be willing to contribute towards Sales / Pre-Sales cycle of RFP / Proposal process and prior experience will be an added advantage Required Skills & Experience       •     Experience: 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3-4 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.       •     Hybrid Expertise: Proven track record of working on projects involving both EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud (e.g., migrations, coexistence, or global rollouts).       •     Niche Modules:       ◦     Strong understanding of Oracle Subscription Management and its integration with AR/RMCS.       ◦     Hands-on experience with Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management).       ◦     Functional awareness of Oracle EPM (specifically PBCS or FCCS).       •     Ecosystem Integration: Prior exposure to integrating Oracle ERP with CRM and CPQ is highly preferred.       •     Communication: Ability to lead Workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT sessions with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.       •     Technical Toolkit: Knowledge on how FBDI, BI / OTBI works is crucial to solution critical tasks for Customers.
