Need writer who can create a legal document to transfer ownership of an LLC.
I am trying to part ways with the co-owner of my LLC who owns a 50% share in my business. I need a legal document that would, when signed, transfer ownership of the LLC to me. It should be signed by both myself and the other owner. The business' name is Exportera LLC. The document should be an agreement of a buyout and should have a blank space where we can write the to-be determined cash settlement amount in. I need the document to mention the other co-owner is not allowed to pursue me legally after ownership has been transferred and the document has been signed. Thanks!
