As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our shops receive the best possible service, support, and guidance to help them thrive. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Learning all about the arenaflex product suite and automotive industry to provide expert-level support to our shops * Using a relationship-based approach to deliver best-in-class service to our shops, building trust and loyalty through every interaction * Thoroughly and efficiently gathering shop information, accessing and fulfilling shop needs, educating the shop where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts, and documenting interactions through contact tracking * Responding to shop complaints and service-related inquiries professionally and compassionately, resolving issues promptly and thoroughly * Working with the Customer Support Management team to successfully address escalated shop concerns, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the shop's satisfaction * Effectively managing workload, maintaining assigned schedule, and attendance standards, ensuring that every shop receives the support they need, when they need it * Professionally handling incoming requests from shops, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, and utilizing tools and resources to make appropriate recommendations to shops * Maintaining a balance between company policy and shop benefit in decision making, always prioritizing the shop's needs and satisfaction * Meeting department performance standards for servicing and responding to all service call queues, chat, and email while adhering to schedules, and maintaining attendance standards * Analyzing and reporting trends from shop feedback, to determine needed process improvements and enhance the overall shop experience * Ensuring that all business-related items are successfully and professionally communicated either verbally or in writing, both internally and externally * Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the shop's experience **Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * 1-3 years of customer support experience in a high-volume call center environment, supporting clients by phone, email, and chat * A clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels and styles * A passion for creative problem-solving and a willingness to take on new and different challenges every day * Self-directed learning skills and a high level of motivation, with a desire to continuously improve and grow as a professional * The ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative startup environment, with a comfort level with ambiguity and a willingness to seize opportunity * Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and evolving customer needs **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus: * Experience in hospitality, automotive industry, call center, or fast-paced startup environments * Ability to take direction from peers and managers, with a willingness to learn and grow from feedback * The ability to speak Spanish, with a desire to communicate with shops in their preferred language * A genuine appreciation for cars and/or familiarity with the automotive industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits available on the 1st of the month following hire date * Short-term and long-term disability benefits * Employee assistance program, with access to confidential counseling and support services * Reimbursement for a personal health and wellness membership, with a focus on promoting physical and mental well-being * Generous parental leave, with a focus on supporting families and promoting work-life balance * 401(k) available upon hire, with a company match to help you save for the future * 11 paid holidays, with a focus on celebrating important dates and promoting relaxation and rejuvenation * Flexible time off, with a focus on giving you the time and space you need to recharge and refocus **How to Apply** If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional support and a desire to join a dynamic and growing startup, we want to hear from you!
