Graphic Designer, Brand, UI, Marketing

Job Description: • Design and build marketing landing pages that balance strong visual storytelling with conversion-focused UX. • Create social, email, and paid media assets across channels (Meta, TikTok, web, lifecycle, etc.). • Contribute to and help evolve brand identity and guidelines, including typography, color, layout systems, and visual tone. • Support and iterate on packaging design and other physical brand touchpoints. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Web teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life. • Maintain visual consistency while knowing when (and how) to push the brand forward. • Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand design solutions. Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related role. • Strong background in branding and packaging design, ideally for a consumer or DTC brand. • Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, especially as they relate to marketing and conversion. • Experience designing landing pages and web marketing experiences (Figma experience required). • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills. • Comfortable working with multiple priorities. • A portfolio that demonstrates range: brand systems, packaging, digital marketing, and web/UI work. • Nice to Have: Experience working with or alongside developers to ship web pages, Familiarity with performance marketing creative and iteration cycles, Illustration, motion, or light animation skills, Experience helping refresh or rebrand an existing company.
