[Remote] Technology Business Consultant – Securities Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Acunor is seeking an experienced Technology Business Consultant with deep expertise in Securities Finance to support implementation and migration initiatives for enterprise trading and collateral platforms. This role will work directly with top-tier global financial institutions to drive successful onboarding, system migrations, testing cycles, and client enablement. Responsibilities • Lead and support Global One to Securities Finance Trading Manager migrations • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance client experience during system transitions • Conduct client training sessions on Securities Finance applications • Gather and document business requirements for system interfaces and enhancements • Develop and review test plans and test cases • Support client UAT cycles and defect resolution • Act as a client-facing SME throughout implementation projects • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software onboarding Skills • 10+ years of experience in Securities Finance domain • Strong hands-on experience with Securities Lending • Strong hands-on experience with Repo • Experience working with Trading and Settlement systems supporting Securities Finance • Proven background in system implementation or migration projects • Strong business analysis experience across SDLC (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) • Experience conducting client workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT support • Ability to define business architecture and overall solution approach • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Securities Finance Trading Manager • Securities Finance Processor • Securities Finance Trading & Collateral platforms • Securities Lending Processing Platform • Prior experience supporting enterprise-level financial institutions Company Overview • Acunor is an IT management company that offers staffing services including analytics, cloud, digital transformation, and data engineering.
