Chief Operating Officer (Remote)
After three years of building, SparrowBid has just launched a market-ready platform with 2.4 million hotels worldwide. We’re tearing up the old maps of the travel industry, breaking past 15–30% markups and rate parity lock-ins with gamified hotel auctions that let travelers bid, win, and check in. We are hiring an Executive Operator to take us from live to scaling. You run the day to day across growth, product, and operations. You ship weekly with contractors and a fractional tech lead, tighten checkout and fraud controls, and drive a simple operating rhythm with clear KPIs and a monthly board memo. You should live and breathe travel and have a maniacal level of obsession to win. It has been a long road and we are ready to bring a product years in the making to the world with your help. We are seeing strong traction right now. You will also lead our first outside raise. Build the narrative, run the process end to end, and close a qualified financing while protecting unit economics.
