In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving enterprise security strategies while ensuring robust risk management and compliance initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional team, integrating security into all aspects of technology and business processes. This position is vital for maintaining a security culture that contributes to growth and innovation. You will have the opportunity to embed security principles across various functions while ensuring alignment with regulatory demands. Your leadership will directly influence our partner's ability to protect both public health and the environment. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for the enterprise security program. • Build and maintain a CMMC L2 compliant enclave; lead incident readiness and response. • Establish a comprehensive asset inventory and validate tool coverage. • Publish clear policies and governance procedures; ensure annual reviews and trainings. • Lead and grow a high-performing security organization spanning GRC, SecOps, and IAM. Requirements • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise security programs and teams. • Demonstrated success aligning programs to NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, NIST CSF. • Proven ability to operationalize policy lifecycle management and incident response. • Strong communication skills with executives, technical teams, and business leaders. • Flexibility, resilience, and a curious mindset.
