Job Title: Head of AI Consulting & Delivery Location: Remote – Latin America Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote | Contractor Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Fluent English We are seeking a skilled Head of AI Consulting & Delivery with deep experience in AI, data science, and professional services leadership to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading our AI consulting delivery, scaling high-performing teams, and driving measurable client outcomes across Generative AI, Supply Chain AI, Pricing, and advanced Data Science. Your work will directly impact client value realization, delivery excellence, and the companys strategic growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead and scale our AI Services organization, including team formation, capability development, and management of senior leaders and team leads. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Supply Chain AI, Pricing, and custom Data Science solutions. • Own client-facing delivery engagements, partnering with senior executives across Fortune 500, PE-backed, and mid-market organizations. • Drive project execution, stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, and on-time, on-value outcomes. • Support sales cycles through technical leadership, solution design, scoping, and executive-level solutioning (not a primary salesperson). • Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline; hire, mentor, and retain high-caliber AI and data talent. • Balance partial billability with internal leadership, delivery oversight, and organizational development. • Champion client adoption, long-term value realization, and overall client delight. Must-Have Qualifications • 10–15+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Supply Chain analytics, or related consulting/professional services roles. • Deep, hands-on expertise across traditional machine learning, optimization, and modern Generative and Agentic AI approaches. • Proven experience delivering custom AI/ML and data products (beyond off-the-shelf platforms). • Strong background working with U.S. enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 and private equity–backed companies. • Demonstrated success hiring, building, and scaling AI delivery teams while managing senior consultants. • Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive presentations, C-suite influence, and outcome ownership. • Prior experience in consulting or services-led organizations. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with AI use cases in Supply Chain, Operations, and Pricing. • Experience with supply chain platforms, enterprise data platforms, or analytics ecosystems. • Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
