They are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to manage third-party insurance coverage matters and collaborate with the team while working remotely. Responsibilities • Manage third-party insurance coverage matters • Handle third-party insurance defense matters (limited volume of cases) • Run cases autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team • Attend and handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions on a regular basis • Maintain proactive client communication and prepare monthly status updates/reports • Thrive in a fast-paced practice while consistently producing high-quality work Skills • Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage • Some flexibility on licensing, may not need to be licensed in Texas, but should have some experience with Texas Law • Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work • Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work • Maintain an average of 160 hours per month Benefits • Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+) • 50% health, dental, and life insurance coverage • 2% 401(k) match (eligibility from second paycheck) • 15 PTO days + up to 10 days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty • $500 annual CLE & state bar fee reimbursement • $50/month cell phone + fitness reimbursement (gym or Peloton) Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
