Virtual Assistant, Social Media Management, Customer Service, etc 8-20 hours per week
Variety of tasks working for the owner and office manager.
Its 3 small business including 2 supplement companies. All are internet based ecommerce business.
You should be available during the day to work and take calls from me and one of our phone lines for sales.
Social media management: answer comments, reply back to people, etc, etc.
Blogging: Putting out 1-2 blog articles a day. We can train you.
Knowledge of use of AI tools such as chatgpt.
Working on a variety of projects related to new products, research, ordering supplies, searching internet and reaching out to a variety of companies.
Its part time, so I understand if you got another job and most things are not urgent on our end.
Taking sales orders and inputting them into the payment system.
MSFT skills are needed. We use basic spreadsheets.
