Position Overview

Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Full‑Time, 40 hours/week)
Location: arenaflex Headquarters, 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30‑minute lunch break)
Season Duration: Immediate start; anticipated wrap‑up by the end of May
Compensation: $17 per hour (hourly wage) plus a suite of seasonal perks

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the arenaflex Service Standard: Represent our brand with enthusiasm, empathy, and a solutions‑first mindset.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Listen actively, ask insightful questions, and match customers with the right gardening solutions.
  • Digital Platform Mastery: Navigate Shopify, Freshdesk, and NetSuite with confidence to process orders, refunds, and updates.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Record every interaction in customer profiles with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Multi‑Channel Support: Provide knowledgeable assistance via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring consistent tone and branding.
  • Creative Issue Resolution: Identify root causes and devise inventive solutions that turn challenges into positive experiences.

Essential Qualifications
