Position Overview
The Remote Data Center Engineering Operations Manager will be a cornerstone of arenaflex’s data center engineering organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operational excellence of multiple mission‑critical facilities, ensuring availability, safety, security, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in data center infrastructure operations, with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity overseeing teams of 5+ direct reports.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of power distribution (feeders, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU), cooling systems (chillers, CRAC units, air handling units), and building management systems.
