Position Overview – Data Entry & Program Management Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individual to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team (part of the broader Product Discovery & Marketing organization). This entry‑level role offers a unique blend of data‑entry precision and program‑management exposure, supporting the rollout of innovative features that enhance the member experience. You will act as a bridge between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders, helping translate high‑level ideas into actionable, timely, and cost‑effective initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives focused on product innovation, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Perform data‑entry and data‑validation tasks with a high degree of accuracy, supporting the ingestion of metadata, content tags, and promotional assets into arenaflex’s internal systems.
  • Conduct feasibility and effort‑estimation studies for new feature concepts, delivering recommendations on scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison for Product Development and Production (PDP) leaders, transforming early‑stage ideas into concrete program plans.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and design teams throughout the innovation lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to design reviews and final delivery.
  • Maintain program artifacts such as roadmaps, milestone schedules, deliverable trackers, and status communications to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within your portfolio that could drive higher member engagement or operational efficiency.
  • Mitigate risks and manage dependencies by proactively forecasting potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans.
  • Facilitate inclusive communication across multicultural, creative, and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals, expectations, and progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with arenaflex’s core values.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a technology or product‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data‑entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, internal CMS platforms) with a proven track record of maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience designing and implementing program‑management frameworks, including risk registers, status dashboards, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus given the Swiss market.
  • Alignment with arenaflex’s cultural pillars: curiosity, courage, collaboration, and a relentless focus on the member experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech company or media streaming service.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, data analytics, or product insight generation.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry, content licensing, or digital rights management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and documentation is paramount.
  • Organizational Acumen: Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem‑Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning strategic concepts into concrete next steps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at securing buy‑in and maintaining alignment across diverse groups.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn new tools, processes, and industry trends.

  • Gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle of a world‑class streaming platform.
  • Participate in mentorship programs pairing you with senior program managers and product leaders.
  • Access internal learning portals offering courses on data analytics, Agile project management, and entertainment technology.
  • Earn certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) supported by company tuition reimbursement.
  • Progress to senior program‑management roles, product ownership positions, or specialized data‑insight roles based on your strengths and interests.
