Program Overview – Hybrid Training Experience

This entry‑level Customer Service Trainee role offers a structured eight‑week hybrid training program that blends on‑site immersion with remote learning to ensure you develop both technical expertise and real‑world communication skills.

  • On‑site weeks: Weeks 1, 2, 6, and 7 – hands‑on workshops, mentorship sessions, and live system walkthroughs at our Farmington Hills hub.

Minimum Qualifications (Must‑Have)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a business environment that required the use of computer applications—preferably within a call‑center or dental‑service context.
  • Successful completion of the customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62/100 (assessment waived for candidates who previously passed the test at arenaflex or who have held a Customer Service Trainee, Advisor, or Associate role).
  • Availability to work either:
    • Shift 1: 8:25 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday, or
    • Shift 2: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday‑Friday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy.
