Position Overview – Customer Experience Specialist (Firearms & Sporting Goods)

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience Excellence: Greet every customer with genuine eye contact, a warm smile, and proactive assistance the moment they approach the Firearms counter or Sporting Goods area.
  • Consultative Sales: Listen attentively to each guest’s needs, ask insightful follow‑up questions, and provide tailored product recommendations that align with safety standards and performance expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Accurately complete ATF Form 4473 for every firearm transaction, maintaining meticulous records in both logbooks and electronic systems.
