Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Manager of Commercial Customer Success to lead a high‑performing team that serves General Contractor (GC) customers. In this fully remote role (CST, MDT, or PST time zones), you will shape strategic plans, drive product adoption, and champion a world‑class customer experience that fuels revenue retention and expansion.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Customer Success, General Contractors, and will have the autonomy to innovate processes, cultivate talent, and influence cross‑functional initiatives that power arenaflex’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee a team of Customer Success Engineers, providing coaching, career‑path guidance, and performance feedback to accelerate proficiency and retain top performers.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to define product‑retention and logo‑retention targets for GC accounts, translating corporate goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Data‑Driven Advocacy: Use customer analytics, usage patterns, and industry best practices to deliver actionable recommendations that maximize the value of arenaflex’s platform.
  • KPI Management: Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators, milestones, and long‑term objectives aligned with revenue growth, gross margin, and operating margin targets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams to ensure a unified Customer Success culture across the organization.
  • Process Innovation: Revamp and scale existing Customer Success processes to support hyper‑growth, reducing time‑to‑value and increasing adoption velocity.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to GC customers, embodying empathy, technical expertise, and a relentless focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Travel & Representation: Allocate up to 25 % of time for on‑site client visits, industry conferences, and collaboration with arenaflex offices worldwide.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically managing teams that serve General Contractors.
  • Proven ability to interpret and influence business metrics, adjusting strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.
  • Deep understanding of recurring‑revenue business models and the value drivers that sustain them.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering quantifiable results in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with a creative, enthusiastic approach to motivating and inspiring teams.

  • Base salary ranging from $147,200 – $202,400 (commensurate with experience, expertise, and location).
  • Performance‑based commission and bonus structures, targeting on‑target earnings of $184,000 – $253,000.
