Position Overview
The Compliance Product Senior Officer I (SVP) will serve as the senior risk officer for arenaflex’s US Personal Banking Operations – Customer Service (CRS) product line. Reporting to the head of Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), you will design, implement, and champion a robust compliance framework that aligns with arenaflex’s risk appetite, protects the franchise, and ensures every customer interaction adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Subject‑Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to authority on consumer‑banking regulations (e.g., Regulation E, Regulation Z, UDAAP, Regulation B, SCOTUS, etc.) and provide real‑time advice to business partners to mitigate compliance risk.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Continuously monitor regulatory developments, enforcement actions, and emerging industry trends. Deliver timely briefings and impact analyses to senior leadership.
- Impact Assessment: Analyze the cross‑border and product‑wide implications of new rules, advising on necessary changes to processes, technology, and controls.

Essential Qualifications
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of U.S. consumer banking regulations, including but not limited to Regulation E, Regulation Z, Regulation B, SCOTUS (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act), UDAAP, Regulation P, Regulation V, TCPA, and Fair Lending statutes.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8‑10 years in compliance, legal, risk, or audit roles within financial services, regulatory agencies, or consulting firms, with a proven track record of managing complex regulatory projects.
- Exam Management Skills: Demonstrated experience leading regulatory examinations, managing examiner relationships, and delivering successful outcomes.
