**Experienced Customer Success Manager – Canadian Civil Government**

**The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager for Canadian Civil Government, you will be a key member of our Canadian team, working closely with government agencies to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive adoption and impact across government initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with government customers, ensuring they achieve their mission objectives using arenaflex's products
* Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams to drive renewals and upsells
* Working closely with customers to facilitate training, onboarding, and best practices on integrating arenaflex data into GIS and remote sensing workflows
* Acting as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature enhancements and product improvements based on feedback
* Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to support customer needs, case studies, and events
* Contributing to the development of strategies for future success and sharing insights on the current status of key accounts with internal stakeholders
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:
* 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, ideally serving Canadian government customers
* Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and Earth observation technologies
* Strong ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions using arenaflex's data and services
* Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
* Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements
* Willingness to travel
**What Makes You Stand Out**
While the above qualifications are essential, we are also looking for candidates who can bring additional skills and experience to the table, such as:
* Understanding of Canadian government agencies, their procurement processes, and key initiatives related to climate, infrastructure, and emergency management
* Experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
* Fluency in French
