**About the Team & Role**
The Customer Success team at arenaflex is dedicated to empowering our customers to achieve their unique business goals through our marketing analytics platform. We provide subject matter expertise, technical support, and product guidance to top-tier clients across various verticals. **What you'll do**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll:
* Serve as a client advocate, project managing all customer onboarding and overseeing technical solution deliveries to ensure seamless implementation.
* Become a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and finding ways to solve or simplify pain points through our product.
* Build strong relationships with non-technical and highly technical customers, leading technical conversations and problem-solving around technical, product, and business questions.
* Drive performance to consistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and applicable success metrics.
* Collaborate with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues.
* Provide regular updates to the Customer Success Director, product team, and management on customer satisfaction and drive incremental revenue opportunities with customers.
**What you'll need**
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
* 3-5 years of professional experience supporting a SaaS-based business model in client services, customer success, or account management.
* Prior experience leading technical implementations and supporting technical relationships with large companies, preferably in mobile user acquisition or product-related roles in the mobile marketing industry.
* A strong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem, including MMPs, ad networks, ad trackers, exchanges, PMDs, and BI/analytics companies.
* A consistent record as a top performer in a customer success role or project management, with a focus on client needs and satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with highly refined interpersonal skills.
* English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must, with additional languages a plus.
* A passion for working in a high-touch customer-facing role and interest in complex technology.
* A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to travel to meet customers.
