Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorizations and resolve any billing discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on insurance billing guidelines and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient information and billing processes. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage high volume of insurance claims and patient information. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering any questions or concerns related to insurance billing. Identify and report any billing issues or trends to management. Assist in training and mentoring new team members. Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by the company.
