Email & CRM Marketing Manager

Job Description: • Email Marketing & Automation – Creation, optimization and analysis of newsletters and automated flows that target our customers. • WhatsApp Newsletters & Direct Communication – Planning, implementation and optimization of WhatsApp newsletters to reach and engage customers directly. • Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs – Development and management of initiatives that delight customers long-term and strengthen brand loyalty. • Review Management – Managing, analyzing and optimizing customer reviews to increase trust and conversions. • Post-Purchase Surveys – Implementation and analysis of customer surveys to improve the customer experience. • Customer Support Leadership & Analysis – Overseeing and strategically managing customer support to improve processes and maximize customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Experience in CRM & Email Marketing – You are familiar with newsletters, automations and customer communications and know how to run targeted campaigns. • Data & Performance Analysis – You use KPIs, A/B tests and conversion optimization to continuously improve campaigns. • Customer-focused Mindset – You understand what moves customers and develop targeted measures to increase retention and satisfaction. • Strong German language skills & clear communication – You craft persuasive copy and communicate professionally. • Structured & Independent Work Style – You work in an organized, self-directed and solution-oriented way. • Confident computer skills, particularly with word processing software and online tools for copywriting and research. • Basic knowledge of horses or experience handling horses to authentically address the target audience (optional).
