Role Overview

The Program Management & Innovation Delivery – Entry‑Level Data Operations Coordinator joins the Creative Production Innovation Management (CPIM) team, a core pillar of arenaflex’s Product Discovery & Marketing organization. In this role you will assist senior program managers in turning high‑level strategic ideas into actionable, on‑time, and on‑budget programs that drive new content discovery experiences for our members. While the position is entry‑level, you will be trusted with real‑world responsibilities that influence product roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and the execution of complex technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of multiple innovation programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Feasibility & Effort Estimation: Work with cross‑functional teams to conduct feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, and effort‑size estimations for new feature concepts and design proposals.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a liaison between Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams, translating strategic objectives into concrete work plans and maintaining alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Support: Gather, clean, and analyze operational data (e.g., usage metrics, A/B test results, market research) to inform program prioritization and risk assessment.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear program documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards that highlight progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential obstacles early, propose mitigation tactics, and ensure contingency plans are in place to keep programs on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s program management framework by suggesting process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and best‑practice adoption.
  • Cross‑Cultural Communication: Facilitate effective communication across diverse, globally distributed teams, respecting cultural nuances and fostering an inclusive environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 + years of hands‑on experience in program or project coordination within a technology‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous, complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.
  • Proven aptitude for influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and building consensus.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a curiosity about emerging media technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, preferably with certification (CSM, PSM).
  • Familiarity with product discovery processes, A/B testing frameworks, and user‑experience research methodologies.
  • Exposure to financial planning and budgeting for large‑scale technology programs.
  • Knowledge of streaming media ecosystems, content recommendation algorithms, or personalization engines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to arenaflex’s culture values – curiosity, transparency, and impact‑orientation.

Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to juggle multiple workstreams, keep meticulous records, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Critical Thinking: Evaluate trade‑offs, anticipate downstream effects, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Collaboration: Thrive in a matrixed organization, respecting diverse viewpoints while driving toward common goals.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with software development terminology, APIs, and data pipelines to facilitate meaningful conversations with engineering teams.
  • Adaptability: Remain resilient and resourceful in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Feedback Orientation: Give and receive candid, constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
