You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals via inbound and outbound manual calls, and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system * Assess patient needs for additional products and services * Assess patient compliance with physician orders * Answer questions and provide patient education regarding products and services * Document calls in our computerized record keeping system * Enter patient orders in our computerized system * Verify and update demographic information, such as address and telephone number, in our computerized records * Read and analyze documents, such as patient orders * Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology * Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike * Assist with the training of new employees * Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed * Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training * Computer entry required * Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic math skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
