Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Build Digital Products: Conceptualize, architect, and implement innovative services that manage, synchronize, and expose customer‑centric data across all enterprise channels.
  • Architectural Leadership: Define the end‑to‑end technical architecture for complex, high‑throughput applications that handle customer profiles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Essential Qualifications (Required)

  • 9+ years of professional software development experience, with a demonstrable track record of delivering large‑scale backend systems.
  • Strong expertise in software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object‑oriented programming.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, and serverless platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, including microservices architectures, event‑driven design, and reliable messaging.
  • Proven technical leadership experience: guiding teams through complex problem solving, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Go, or C#) and related frameworks.
  • Experience building or maintaining APIs (RESTful, gRPC) and working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL stores.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and building high‑performance RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) or other PaaS solutions.
