Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Online Customer Support Team as Customer Care Specialists. As a work-from-home opportunity, this role requires a quiet dedicated office space and a high-speed data connection (1000 Mbps) provided by arenaflex. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing consultative support to customers through online platforms * Utilizing open-end questions to troubleshoot technical equipment and resolve customer issues * Building trusted relationships with customers by providing accurate and timely information * Meeting performance goals and metrics to ensure an improved customer experience * Adhering to arenaflex's company tone and brand standards in all written communication

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through online platforms, including social media, email, and live chat * Utilize open-end questions to troubleshoot technical equipment and resolve customer issues * Build trusted relationships with customers by providing accurate and timely information * Meet performance goals and metrics to ensure an improved customer experience * Adhere to arenaflex's company tone and brand standards in all written communication * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support

Requirements

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year) * Previous sales and/or technical experience is a plus * Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar platform * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) * Proficient grammar and typing skills * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Outlook * Willingness to work as part of a team * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes * Ability to meet set performance metrics and goals * Ability to exercise good judgment
