Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and queries * Representing arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction * Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work * Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to our clients' challenges **What We Expect from You** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and satisfaction * Fluent spoken and written German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners * Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team and communicate effectively * Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize data effectively * Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas * Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards * Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied and provide effective solutions **Working Hours and Environment** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
