**Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Evening Support for arenaflex**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department, working evening shifts from 12pm-9pm, Monday to Friday. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters, managing inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, and ensuring seamless appointment management for our dedicated clients.

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.
* Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.
* Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
* Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
* Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
* Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
* Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems.
