AI Content Designer / Prompt Engineer Football (Soccer) Part-Time/Contract

SOTA builds AI-powered analytics and media products for football clubs, leagues, and federations. We’re building a system that helps clubs produce engaging social content faster and cheaper — by turning a few inputs (player photos + match context + stats) into ready-to-publish visuals and short videos using reusable AI templates. We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer / AI Content Designer who understands football trends and can build a scalable library of templates our clients can choose from to consistently generate “wow” content. What you’ll do • Design AI-powered templates for football social media (matchday, players, highlights, stats, rankings, sponsor content) • Create and refine prompt logic so users can upload player photos + add simple inputs and get strong outputs reliably • Translate football culture and social trends into repeatable, high-performing formats • Maintain quality: consistency, brand-fit, clarity, engagement • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship and iterate fast What we’re looking for • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering / generative AI tools • Strong understanding of football narratives, aesthetics, and fan content formats • Ability to think in systems and reusable templates, not one-off creatives • Visual taste and understanding of what performs on Instagram / TikTok / Reels • Product mindset: simplicity for users, scalable production, measurable quality Nice to have • Experience with AI content platforms (e.g., Higgsfield or similar) • Background in sports media, creative direction, or design • Motion/video generation experience (short-form formats) What to expect • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, seniority, and scope • Work Environment: Flexible, remote-friendly • Direct collaboration with CEO, Product, and AI teams We are currently looking for a part-time (10–20 hours/week) commitment for a 1-month trial period, with the option to transition to full-time 3-6 contract based on results.
