Key Responsibilities
• Participate in product planning to identify educational needs early
• Develop courseware and cohesive learning paths for the product training program
• Create engaging documentation and maintain clear API documentation for the developer portal
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in a growing SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, education, instructional design, or related field
• Experience working in an agile or cross-functional team structure
• Familiarity with product and learning analytics
• Ability to think outside the box and tailor content for clarity and engagement
