This role is designed for a calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional who excels at supporting existing clients, strengthening relationships, and proactively guiding customers through renewals and coverage decisions. This position is ideal for someone who listens first, communicates clearly, and understands that exceptional service—especially during life’s challenging moments—naturally leads to meaningful retention and in-book sales conversations. About the Role As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and strengthening our existing book of business. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for policyholders, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and properly protected while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and engagement.
