[Remote] Customer Success Specialist, gt.school (Remote) - $60,000/year USD
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossover is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for GT School, a virtual learning environment for gifted learners. In this role, you will take ownership of the parent experience by building relationships, addressing inquiries, and fostering community engagement to enhance program advocacy and retention.
Responsibilities
• Addressing parent inquiries and issues through email and chat with responsiveness, understanding, and precision
• Recognizing student achievements and development through tailored, meaningful outreach
• Building connections among GT families to cultivate community engagement and program advocacy
• Collecting parent input and communicating actionable insights to leadership for program enhancement
• Developing, updating, and refining parent-facing support materials and knowledge base documentation
Skills
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or community-facing roles
• Direct experience working in education or with students and parents
• At least 1 year managing digital support channels (email, chat, or helpdesk tools such as Intercom, Help Scout, or Zendesk)
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, warm, and professional communications
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities using documented tracking methods
• Track record of building relationships proactively, not just responding reactively
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously
