Human Resources Operations Support Specialist Primary Location : Spartanburg, South Carolina OpenKyber is currently hiring a Human Resources Operations Support Specialist for our premier client in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage conflict. • Comfortable working in a customer support center environment and speaking on the phone regularly. • Proficiency in arenaflex Excel. • Provide support in a service-oriented customer support center. • Handle sensitive employee interactions with professionalism and empathy. • Maintain a customer-focused approach and a willingness to help others. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAP. • Experience completing I-9/e-verifies. • Experience working in a customer support center environment. • Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: • Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person. • Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems. • Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information. • Strong attention to detail. • Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks.
