Freelance Contributing Writer and Editor

I’m looking for a few freelance contributors for Meridian, Mercury's magazine. • Freelance commissioning editor(s)* Seeking 1–2 excellent editors with sharp editorial prowess, networks of writers you love to work with, and a finger on the pulse of what matters for founders, builders, creators, and others with entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll contribute the publication strategically, develop and refine story ideas, commission writers, and edit reported pieces through publication. (This is freelance, part-time, and pretty flexible, but will need at least a little cross over time with PT business hours.) • Freelance contributing writers* I'm also looking for some more editorial/journalistic writers with solid portfolios to pitch stories and take on assignments (either now and then or on the regular). If you can balance the practical and aspirational, the critical and the kind, business and creativity, and are tuned into entrepreneurial imagination, would love to see your clips.
