Senior Human Resources Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) function and employee relations strategy
• Translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives and collaborate with executives on HR integration
• Oversee high-risk employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent HR experience
• Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations
• Five years of experience in unionized environments managing collective bargaining agreements
• Three years of leadership experience managing HR professionals
