**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience**

At arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to see the world while earning great compensation and benefits to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting customers and guiding them to their destinations * Assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in processes * Ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds) * Operating loading bridges * Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Making gate announcements and ensuring customers are aware of boarding procedures * Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
