With a rich history dating back to 1973, arenaflex has evolved into a dynamic and innovative company that offers a wide range of creative products and services. **Job Summary** As a part-time Customer Experience Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading front-end operations, and promoting a positive store environment. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and you'll be accountable for store conditions and results. Your expertise in retail management, customer service, and team leadership will be essential in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations * Lead the omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints * Maintain store recovery standards to deliver arenaflex's Brand Promises * Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs * Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieving your KPIs and managing your team to achieve their role KPIs * Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with arenaflex programs * Lead the omnichannel processes, managing and executing shrink and safety programs * Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits * Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed * Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members * Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results * Participate in the performance management process, supporting Talent Development of your team * Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) * Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to arenaflex's vision and values **Preferred Qualifications** * Retail management experience preferred * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth **Physical Requirements** * Ability to remain standing for long periods of time * Ability to move throughout the store * Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching * Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment * Ability to work in a public retail store setting, with exposure to various weather conditions and temperatures **Work Environment** * Public retail store setting, with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work * Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled * Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press * Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings **Compensation and Benefits** * Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $17.00 - $22.70 * arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, tuition assistance, and generous employee discounts * arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused retail professional with a passion for leading and developing teams, we want to hear from you!
