As a Customer Service Associate - Temporary Role at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including:- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested.
- Processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records.
- Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
- Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
- Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
