This is a 5-month contract position that offers the chance to work for a renowned international brand and be a part of our dynamic team. If you have a strong customer service background and are bilingual in European languages, we want to hear from you! Providing excellent customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner. Communicating with customers in one or more European languages to assist with their inquiries and concerns. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels. Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a calm and efficient manner. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. Identifying and escalating any recurring issues to the appropriate department. Adhering to company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company. Assisting with various administrative tasks related to customer service. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes. Representing the company's brand and values in all customer interactions. Adapting to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
