Job Description Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12 month temporary opportunity with a large local company. The Overnight Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours. The Overnight CSR will transition to a remote opportunity after the completion of in-person, daytime training. Candidates must reside on Oahu by time of hire. Required Skills - Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills - Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift. - Analytical and computer literate - 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Excel and Word - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service or call center environment Required Education and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred - 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience Other Requirements - Must be able to work extended hours or additional days depending on company needs - Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment Additional Job Details - Pay: $30/hr - Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am - Temporary for 12-months from hire - Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided - Training will take place in our client's Downtown Honolulu office Bishop & Company provides recruiting and placement services for client companies and opportunities for job seekers throughout Hawaii.
