**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand values and delivering personalized experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. With a focus on proactive problem-solving, you'll work closely with our clients to address their needs and concerns, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the lounge, providing a warm and inviting experience
* Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized support
* Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, building trust and loyalty
* Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing attentive and empathetic support
* Offer travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as reservation assistance
* Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
* Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience is highly desirable, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on proactive problem-solving
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor
* Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in high client satisfaction
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to adapt to new technology
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks
