As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. **Job Details:** * **Job Title:** Experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst * **Job Type:** Full-time * **Location:** Remote (with occasional on-site work at our Corporate Grounds in Dallas, TX) * **Salary:** $28/hour * **Hours:** 40 hours per week * **Duration:** 12-week temporary position (May 21 to August 9, 2024) **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding * Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from different sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase) a plus * Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning * Willingness to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment * Ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience a plus * Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data appropriately * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $28/hour * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel) * Access to the latest technology and tools, including a computer and software * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
