GEM (Growth Engagement & Measurement) Program Manager- Remote

• 5+ years of work experience managing development and implementation of analytic or technical capabilities • 5+ years of Analytics experience required • 5+ years of program management experience required • Experience with MS Office (excel, word, Project, PowerPoint) and MS TEAMs • Experience with marketing campaign measurement and analytics • Experience with advanced techniques in marketing optimization, e.g. Multi-touch attribution, Media Mix Modeling, segmentation, marketing models strongly preferred Desired Qualifications: • Outstanding program management and project management skills • Strong knowledge and expertise in analytics products and capabilities management • Strong business acumen including a broad understanding of financial services business processes and practices • Prior experience successfully leading and motivating teams in a matrix environment • Prior experience successfully influencing senior leadership from multiple functions in a matrixed environment • Knowledge of SharePoint/Teams • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile Certification • Experience with Jira is highly desirable • Experience in Financial Services a plus • Project Management experience a must • Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups • Experience working with QA for projects and overall understanding of best practices • Hands on, self-motivated professional style with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives • Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
