What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: • **Research and Problem-Solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. • **Critical Thinking and Creativity**: You'll think critically and creatively to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. • **Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing an exceptional level of service that exceeds their expectations. • **Communication and Collaboration**: You'll communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need: • **1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience**: You'll have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, where you've developed strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • **Ability to Multi-Task and Think Critically**: You'll be able to multi-task and think critically, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • **Flexibility and Adaptability**: You'll be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • **Background Check and KY Rx Tech License**: You'll be required to pass a background check and obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
