**Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service Position at arenaflex**

As a Member Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to excellence. **What You'll Do:** As a Member Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or member services experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get:** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: With our extensive network of flights, you'll have the opportunity to explore over 365 destinations across the globe. * Health Benefits: From day one, you'll have access to comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy and thrive. * Wellness Programs: Our wellness programs offer you the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, our 401(k) program allows you to save for your future and take advantage of company contributions. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy a range of perks, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **Join the arenaflex Family:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
