You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. If you're a seasoned data expert with a passion for innovation and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal IT and data teams to design and implement data frameworks that enable report automation for our Medical Services Quality Improvement program * Work with a cross-functional team of data analysts, business intelligence engineers, and data scientists to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions * Develop and maintain long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing processes to meet business reporting and analysis requirements * Design, develop, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Develop data organization and pre-processing principles for populating coherent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both ad-hoc business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents) * Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data validation, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Certified, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and deploying properly isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Factory * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting data-driven semantic layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners * At least 3 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) * Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $32/Hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in a collaborative environment * Professional growth and development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data expert looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
