At arenaflex, our people are our success, and we're dedicated to sharing success with our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative) at DTW, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly. **Work Environment and Physical Demands** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions. You'll be required to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. You'll also be responsible for operating ground equipment and using baggage scanners and computers.
