With over 4,500 hours of programming annually across more than 300 shows, our innovative brands are at the forefront of groundbreaking storytelling, captivating audiences, and earning critical acclaim. **Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading various content research projects, including pilot testing, advertising testing, concept testing, brand health tracking, and more. You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Content & Brand Insights, to develop and implement research strategies that drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting with project management across all aspects of qualitative research (logistics and coordination, assessment of discussion guides, stimuli control, and note-taking) and quantitative research (reviewing questionnaires, proofing links, data analysis, and visualization) * Supporting and managing ad-hoc requests by researching various resources (both primary and syndicated as needed) and summarizing and presenting key insights * Creating impactful presentations and deliverables using data visualization and a ability to edit/distill findings * Providing insights into topics impacting our audience, including current content landscape trends and viewing behavior * Ensuring exceptional and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables by managing and coordinating with internal teams and external research vendors **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of two years of experience supporting/leading primary research projects – both qualitative and quantitative at a media/entertainment company, marketing and advertising agency, research provider, or brand consultancy * Solid project management experience – recognition of content research is a plus * Self-starter with passion, energy, and exuberance to shape the future of content * Confident presence – strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) * Exceptional organization, time, and project management skills * Dedication to delivering high-quality work; unflagging interest in detail * Flexible; embraces new assignments with a can-do mindset as priorities change * Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams and establish strong relationships * Skilled at data visualization and creating impactful presentations and deliverables * Experience with entertainment research and demos, including preschoolers/kids/teens/parents a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced computer skills; Keynote and SPSS experience a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology **Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe that our people and cast members are at the heart of everything we do.
